We are based in Goregaon East, inside the Udyog Bhavan building on Sonawala Road. Our office is number 220. Being in an industrial area like this means there is always something going on outside. Lots of trucks and people moving things around throughout the day. The building itself is a bit older, but it serves us well for the chemical and pharma work we handle. We have our desks set up and plenty of shelf space for the samples and documentation we need to keep track of. Sonawala Road can get pretty packed during the morning commute, so most of us try to arrive a little earlier. It’s a practical location. There’s no fancy furniture here, just the stuff we need to do our jobs properly. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and coordinating with different suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the elevators in Udyog Bhavan are a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s just one of those things about working in an older commercial building. We like the area because it’s full of other businesses, so we don't feel isolated. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with this industry. It’s just us doing our thing in Goregaon, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss.
