Cadila Pharma Ltd.

You can find us over at 601 A Wing in Ism House, which is right in Kandivilli East here in Mumbai. Cadila Pharma Ltd. is the name on the door, but to most of us who spend our days here, it’s just the office where we get things done. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, though mostly we just see the tops of other offices and the busy streets below. Mumbai is always moving, and Kandivilli is no exception to that rule. The elevators in Ism House can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time, so I usually try to arrive a few minutes early to beat the rush. Our space is filled with desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have been there since I started. It isn't a very large room, but we make it work for the team we have. We spend most of the day on the phones or typing away at our computers. Lunchtime is usually spent at the little shops nearby or eating at our desks if we have a lot to finish. We don't really do big meetings or have many visitors; it's mostly just the staff keeping the operations going smoothly. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute in Mumbai can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just keep our heads down and finish the tasks.
