Our shop is tucked away at number 10 in the Shram-Safalya Building. It’s on N G Acharya Marg, which is a very busy stretch near the Chembur Railway Station. If you know the station area, you know how crowded it gets with people rushing for their trains every minute. We’ve got a lot of items crammed into this small space, mostly things like ink cartridges, toners, and paper. There’s always a stack of boxes near the door because deliveries are frequent. Working so close to the station means we hear the trains and the announcements all day long. It’s a fast-paced environment because customers are often in a hurry to catch their ride. We try to keep the most common consumables within reach so we can grab them quickly. The building itself is an older one, but it’s a good spot for us to be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we’re trying to organize the stock and people are asking for specific printer parts at the same time. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure the inventory is tracked correctly. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and counting supplies, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Chembur life over the years. We usually stay open until the station crowds start to thin out in the evening.
