Royal Plastic

Royal Plastic is located right in the middle of Malad West. We are at number 232 in the BT COMP, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't used to the layout here. It’s an industrial sort of area with lots of trucks coming and going. We have been working with plastics for a long time. The shop isn't much to look at, mostly just stacks of goods and the smell of materials. We spend our mornings checking the stock and getting orders ready for the local markets. My cousin and I run the place mostly, along with a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting. It gets quite hot in the compound during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us from other shopkeepers in Malad. It’s a straightforward business. We sell what we have and try to keep the prices where they should be. Sometimes the machinery acts up, or a delivery is late because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage. If you come by, you'll probably see us sitting near the entrance. We are just regular people making plastic items that folks use every day. There is no corporate ladder here, just us and our customers. It’s been a good journey so far and we hope to keep it going as long as we can.
