Royal Art Jewellery

We are located in units 301 and 302 of the Diamond Industrial Estate No. 2. It’s very close to the Dahisar Toll Naka in Dahisar East. Working in an industrial estate means it’s always a bit noisy with machines and trucks moving around outside. Royal Art Jewellery isn't a retail shop where you walk in off the street to browse. It’s more of a workshop. We have benches set up for the workers to sit and do the fine work on the jewelry. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a few big fans going. We mostly deal with imitation pieces and traditional designs. There are boxes of stones and metal wires everywhere you look. We’ve been in this building for several years now. The elevator is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't have a marketing team or fancy brochures. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come up to the third floor. We make sure the pieces are sturdy and look good. That’s about it. My uncle started this place and now a few of us cousins run it together. We take turns handling the orders and checking the quality. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here near the toll naka. We usually stay late when there's a big order for the festival season. The security guard at the gate knows us all by name. We eat lunch together in the small break area.
