Roshan Earth Movers

Roshan Earth Movers is based out of No 1 /17 in Mig Colony, right here in Vinoba Bhave Nagar. Most days at the Kurla (W) office are pretty loud because of the traffic outside, but we eventually get used to it. We spend a lot of time dealing with heavy machinery and making sure every piece of equipment is ready for the next job site. It gets quite dusty, especially when the weather is dry, but that is just part of the everyday business of moving earth and clearing land. People around the neighborhood know the spot near the colony. We have been in this location for a while now, just doing the work that needs to be done without much fuss. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the old wooden desk, and other times we are all out in the field. There is always something to fix or a machine that needs a quick check before it goes out for a shift. The morning usually starts with some hot tea and a quick look at the daily schedule. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything polished like that. It’s just a practical, honest space where we keep things moving. Kurla is a busy place to be, and being in Vinoba Bhave Nagar keeps us close to where the action is. We just focus on getting the tractors where they need to go. It isn't always easy work, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns to thick mud, but we keep going.
