Gemini Equipment & Rentals Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at B-402 in the Kaustubh Apartment building. It’s over in Sector-9 of Airoli, which is part of Navi Mumbai. Gemini Equipment & Rentals Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this apartment for quite some time. It’s a bit of a mix between a home and an office. You have to go through the main gate and talk to the security guard before coming up. We have files everywhere and the phones ring more than you’d think for a place in a residential building. Navi Mumbai is always growing, and we see new buildings going up from our window all the time. Our work with equipment and rentals keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we are out on sites and other times we are stuck here doing the paperwork. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. It’s just where we manage the logistics and keep the books straight. We have a small table where we eat our lunch together. Usually, it’s whatever we brought from home. The commute can be a pain if you’re coming across the bridge, but being in Airoli is convenient for reaching our clients. We aren't a huge corporation with floors of people. It’s a small group of us just trying to make a living in this busy city. We stay open until about six or so, unless something urgent comes up that needs our attention.
