Rohit M Dalmia

My name is Rohit M Dalmia and I run my operations from Sai Janak Classic. The address is 701/3 on Mandapeshwar Hill Road. It’s a good spot right near the Borivali Dahisar flyover, which makes it fairly easy to explain to people who are trying to visit. Living and working around here means you see a lot of the local traffic, especially with the flyover so close by. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix, and my space is on the seventh floor. It’s high enough that you get a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the road. I’ve been here for a while and I’ve set up the place to be comfortable for daily work. It’s not a large office with a bunch of staff. It’s more of a personal setup where I can focus on my tasks without too many distractions. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day once everyone has headed off to work. I don't go in for fancy decorations or a big corporate look. I prefer keeping things simple and functional. Usually, I’m here most of the day, dealing with emails and calls. Sometimes I have to step out for meetings, but this is the main hub for everything I do. It’s a straightforward, practical space that suits my needs perfectly. No bells or whistles, just a place to get things done without any of the usual fuss.
