Rings Tone Gallery is situated at Mulund West 80 Feet Road, New Bel Road 10. The name is a bit of a throwback to when everyone wanted a different song playing when their phone rang. Now we mostly sell hardware and accessories. Being on 80 Feet Road means there is plenty of space outside, but the shop itself is quite narrow. We have lined the walls with as much stock as we can fit. You can find almost any kind of case here, even for the older phones that nobody carries anymore. New Bel Road 10 is a good spot for us. The light comes in nicely in the mornings. We have a few plants near the window, but they don't always do so well in the heat. We don't try to act like a big company. It’s just us here, usually one or two people working. We have a small fridge in the back for our water and lunch. Customers come in and out, and we recognize many of them. We don't have a complicated system for anything. If someone needs a phone, we show them what's available. If they need a repair, we tell them how long it will take. It’s a very plain way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who visit. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us.
