Right Step Placement Services

Setting up our office in the Mona Shopping Center was a practical choice for the team. Right Step Placement Services is located at Office No. 17 on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to walk in. It is a small room, but it serves our needs well enough. We spend most of our time talking on the phone or looking through piles of resumes and documents that people bring in. It gets quite noisy when the shopping center is full of people on the weekends. Sometimes we have a few people waiting outside in the hallway because we do not have enough chairs inside. It is hard to keep things organized when there is so much paperwork moving around. We do not have any big corporate backing or a fancy marketing budget. It is just us trying to help people figure out their next step. Every day is different because you never know who is going to walk through the door looking for help. Some days are very slow and we just sit there drinking tea and updating our lists. Other days are so hectic we barely have time to take a break. The floor in the office is a little bit uneven, but we have gotten used to it. We do not use a lot of big words or make huge promises to anyone. We just look at the available jobs and tell people the truth about them. It is a very local business.
