Cementric

Working out of Flat Number 303 in the Himalaya F3 building is different than being in a big warehouse. We are located in Golden Park Phase 2, right in the Beturkar Pada area of Kalyan West. It’s a residential neighborhood but we’ve made this space work for Cementric over the last few years. You have to take the lift up to the third floor to find us. Usually, the office is full of samples and papers spread out across the tables. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to typing up invoices. We hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, kids playing or people going to the market, which is nice compared to a noisy factory. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we manage just fine. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea and there is always someone coming in or out with a delivery. It’s a quiet, focused kind of place. We don't have big signs or anything like that, just our name on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Kalyan. It’s a comfortable way to run things and we like being part of the local community here. It’s just us doing our daily work in a normal apartment and trying to stay organized.
