Right Path Placement

Right Path Placement is based in the Mulgoankar Building at Mumbai Central. We are up on the first floor, at number 7, which means we get a good view of S M Road down below. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and old, but people climb them all day long looking for work. Inside, it is mostly just desks covered in resumes and notebooks where we write down names and phone numbers. The phone rings a lot, and there is always someone waiting on the wooden bench near the door. Mumbai Central is such a busy hub that there is always a sense of hurry in the air. We try to help people find something that fits what they can do, whether it’s office work or something else. It is a lot of talking and listening to people’s stories about why they need a job. The walls are a plain white, though they could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon. We have a small fan that whirs away in the corner, trying to keep the room cool. It’s a basic operation, nothing fancy, just a few of us trying to coordinate between companies and people who need a paycheck. We stay late most nights just to finish the paperwork and make sure we haven't missed anyone who called earlier.
