Right Choice Placement

Right Choice Placement is a small operation located at 11 Mulund West, right near the Wadi Chowkhandi area. We have been working from this office for some time now, focusing on helping people in the neighborhood find decent jobs. It is a straightforward kind of place with a few desks and a lot of folders full of resumes. We do not have any high-tech systems or fancy corporate branding. Instead, we mostly rely on talking to people who walk through our door and understanding what they are looking for. It can be a bit slow some days, and on other days, the phone does not stop ringing with employers asking for workers. We spend a lot of time reading through applications and calling people back to set up interviews. The office is quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we are trying to talk to someone about their career path. We are just local people trying to make the right connections for our neighbors. It is satisfying when someone we helped finds a good spot and comes back to let us know. We do not promise anything impossible; we just do the legwork of looking through the listings and making the calls. It is a small business but one that seems to be needed around here in Mulund. We take a lunch break when we can, usually from the shop next door.
