If you walk down Quarters Road 1 in Malad East, you’ll see us there. Riddhi Siddhi Telecom is just a small shop, but we stay busy. We’ve got phones lined up in the glass cases and a bunch of cables hanging from the hooks. It’s not the biggest place, but we make it work. Most of the time, it’s people coming in because they dropped their phone or they can’t get their internet to work right. We don't use big words to explain things. We just take the device, look at it, and tell them if we can fix it or not. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people rushing to the station. We get a lot of regulars who come by just to top up their balance or buy a cheap pair of earphones. It’s a bit of a mess behind the counter with all the chargers and spare parts, but I know where everything is. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door, so we have to keep the mats handy. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Malad. We just want to be the place where people feel okay stopping in. The tea stall next door brings us a cup every afternoon, and that’s usually the best part of the day. We’ve been here for several years now and we know the neighborhood well.
