Rich Collection

Our shop is located at Ghatkopar East 32, right where the local market starts to get really busy. Rich Collection isn't a massive department store; it’s more of a cozy place where we cram in as much as we can. The racks are always full, and sometimes it feels like the clothes might spill out onto the sidewalk. We spend most of our time folding things and putting them back after people have had a look. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps the day moving fast. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps show off the colors of the fabrics we have in stock. We get a lot of regulars who live nearby and just stop in to see what is new this week. We don't have a big staff, usually just a couple of us who know the inventory by heart. On festival days, the place gets absolutely packed, and it can feel a bit overwhelming with everyone talking at once. We usually have some music playing in the background to keep the mood light. There’s a small desk in the back where we handle the accounts, and it’s always buried under a pile of receipts. It’s a simple shop, and we like it that way. We just want people to find something they like without making a big fuss about it. We just keep things real.
