Reliance Communications

We are Reliance Communications, though most of our contact happens through a few different email addresses like Shamika2 at Gmail or Dreamz_Shamika at Yahoo. We also use a Rediffmail account. It might seem a bit unusual to not have a physical street address listed, but that’s just how this specific branch or contact point is set up. We spend most of our time answering queries and sorting through messages that come into those inboxes. It’s a lot of digital back-and-forth. We aren't sitting in a big fancy office with a view. It’s more about staying on top of the communication flow. We don’t really have a team of writers to make us sound like a big corporation. We just type out replies as they come in. Some days the emails are non-stop, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We try to be as direct as possible when people reach out to those Shamika accounts. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No need for physical meetings or travel. We just log in, check the folders, and get to work. It’s a bit different from the usual office setup you might expect from a name like Reliance Communications, but this is how we handle things on our end. We don’t use any polished language or marketing tricks. We just look at what people need and try to send back a helpful response through the email system.
