You can find our spot at Ashrafi Jewellers, number 34, on Mirchi Galli. It’s right there on Shaikh Memon Street in Mumbai 400 002. It might seem a bit odd to have a Reliance Communications Limited office inside or near a jewelry shop, but that’s just how the space worked out for us. Mirchi Galli is a very crowded place, always smelling of spices and full of people rushing around. We’ve been here for quite some time, handling the communication side of things for the local area. It’s a small space, not at all like those huge corporate offices you see in the business districts. We deal with bills, connections, and the usual tech issues people have with their phones or internet. It gets very busy in the afternoons, especially with the foot traffic from Shaikh Memon Street. We don’t have much room for fancy displays, so we just keep things functional. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know the regulars. We try to get through the queue as fast as we can, though sometimes the systems are slow. It’s a real Mumbai experience working here, right in the middle of the old market area. No big signs, just a simple door where we do our business. Sometimes we even help the jeweler next door if they have a quick question.
