Reliance Communication

The office is over at Vrindavan Society in Sector 4. Rajesh Kumar Patel runs things here. It’s a typical telecom service spot where we handle all sorts of communication issues. Reliance is a huge company, but this specific office is just a small part of the network. We deal with people coming in because their phones aren't working or they have a problem with their bill. It gets pretty crowded in the mornings. There’s a lot of wires and hardware scattered around the back. We try to keep it organized, but when you’re fixing things, it gets messy. Sector 4 is a decent area with plenty of people around. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different plans work to customers who are confused. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s more of a practical workshop. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from the main warehouse. We sit on plastic chairs and share a few computers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. It’s just us working through the pile of service requests every day. We know most of the regulars from the society now. It’s a steady pace and we just try to get everyone back online as fast as we can. It's a lot of troubleshooting and talking to frustrated people.
