You can find Reliable Services over at B E S T Nagar, specifically in building A-601. We aren't a big company with a storefront on the main road. Instead, we work out of this space in the residential colony. Most of what we do involves going out to people’s houses to fix things like refrigerators, washing machines, or air conditioners. The phone rings a lot with people complaining that their appliances stopped working right when they needed them. Since we are in A-601, a lot of our neighbors know us and just drop by or call. It is a quiet area compared to the main market, which is nice. Our tools are usually packed in bags ready to go for the next call. Sometimes we are working late because someone’s fridge broke down and they have food that might go bad. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When you call, you usually talk directly to one of us who will actually be doing the repair. It is a practical way to run things. We have been doing this for a while and we know the common problems that these machines have around here. Some days are very busy with five or six different houses to visit, and other days we just stay in and organize our spare parts. It is just us trying to keep the local household machines running without too much trouble for anyone in the neighborhood.
