Real Moulds

Real Moulds is located over in Bhandup West at 597 J S S Road 2. We have been working out of this space for a good bit now. The workshop is usually full of dust and the sound of machines cutting into metal or plastic. Making moulds is a slow process and you have to be careful about the measurements. It is not the kind of place where you want to wear nice clothes. We spend our days looking at drawings and trying to get the shapes exactly right. The building itself is older and has seen better days, but the equipment inside does the job. It gets quite loud when all the machines are running at the same time. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It's just a few of us who know how to handle the tools and the materials. Bhandup is a busy industrial area, so there is always movement around us. Sometimes we run into problems with the materials not setting right, and we just have to start over. It is honest work and it takes a lot of patience. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders as they come in. There is no fancy office here, just the workshop floor and a small desk for the paperwork. We take our lunch breaks together when the machines are cooling down. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on the metal work.
