Raziya Cell Phone

Raziya Cell Phone is situated on Trombay Road, right near the 12th Cross. It is a simple shop where we deal with all things related to mobile phones. The area stays quite busy with traffic moving towards the main road. We spend a lot of our time sitting behind the counter helping people with their phone settings or selling them a new prepaid card. We keep a good stock of basic accessories like chargers, batteries, and those cheap headphones that everyone needs. The shop is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. During the monsoon, we have to keep the door halfway shut so the rain doesn't blow in. Most of our customers are people who live in the nearby blocks. They come in to get their screens repaired or to see if we have any used phones for sale. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tools. If a phone is really broken, we tell the customer if it is worth fixing or if they should just get a different one. We keep things honest because we see these people every day in the neighborhood. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it more complicated than it is. We open up in the morning and stay here until the street lights come on and things quiet down a bit on Trombay Road.
