We’ve been over here at Jay Khodiyar Estate in Jogeshwari West for a while now. It’s a busy spot in 11-B, and mostly we just spend our days working on different pieces of furniture. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty with all the wood shavings, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things. We handle stuff for homes mostly. If someone needs a cupboard fixed or a new table made, they usually just drop by the shop and talk to us. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It's just a workspace where we get things done. My hands are usually stained with polish or paint by the end of the day. People around here know the location since it’s right in the estate. We try to keep things simple. You tell us what you need for your house, and we see if we can build it. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a big order to finish. We aren't really into the whole big business vibe. We just like working with wood and making sure the legs on a chair don't wobble. It's a small team here, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. If you are walking through Jogeshwari and see 11-B, that’s where we are usually cutting timber or putting something together. It's nothing fancy, just a local furniture place doing its thing day in and day out.
