Ravindra Industries

Our place is out on Mahalunge Road in Mulund West, specifically at 108/33. Ravindra Industries is basically a small workshop where we make parts and handle industrial tasks. It’s a bit of an older building, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend our days around machines and tools, so it’s always a bit loud inside. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for years. We don't really do the whole office culture thing; we’re usually out on the floor making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day trying to get it back up, which can be frustrating. We aren't some giant manufacturing plant with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know how to build things. People in the area know us because we’ve been here for a long time. We don't put out ads or try to sound bigger than we are. If you need something made or fixed, you just come by and talk to us. We’ll tell you straight if we can do it or not. The traffic on Mahalunge Road is usually bad in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early. It's a simple, hardworking environment. We don't need much more than our tools and some steady work to keep us going through the week.
