Raphael Interior Designer

Working as an interior designer in Cuffe Parade keeps me pretty busy. I’m located over in Phase II, Building 34 A, specifically in Room Number 5. It’s on the 24th Main near the 5th A Cross. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but it's a good place to hide away and focus on sketches and plans. I don't have a showroom with expensive furniture or bright lights. My space is filled with samples of wood, bits of fabric, and stacks of drawings. It’s a bit cluttered, but I know exactly where everything is. I started doing this because I liked seeing how spaces could change with just a bit of effort. I work with whatever the client has and try to make it work for their life. I don't follow the big trends you see in magazines. I just look at what is practical for the person living there. Sometimes I spend the whole day out at different sites checking on the progress of a wall or a floor. Other days I’m just here at my desk with a cup of coffee trying to figure out a tricky layout. I handle all the calls and the meetings myself. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s what I know how to do. I’ve lived in this city my whole life and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
