Down here in Bhayander East, Ranuja Mobile is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a small shop, packed with boxes and cables and all sorts of phone parts. We’ve been here long enough that the locals know where to find us when their screen cracks or the battery starts acting up. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from the station. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful where we stack the new stock. Sometimes it feels like we’re tripping over chargers, but we manage. My cousin helps out when things get really hectic, especially on weekends. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy uniforms. It's usually just me in a t-shirt behind the desk. We fix what we can and sell what people need. The street noise is always there in the background, which is just part of being in Bhayander. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’re still here, taking it one day at a time. The light inside is a bit bright, which helps when you're looking at tiny screws inside a phone. People stop by to top up their plans or just to ask advice on which phone takes better photos. We try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s a basic setup, really. Just a counter, some stools, and a lot of electronics. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs.
