Raju K Shinde

Our place is located in the New Satguru Nanik Industrial Estate, which is right on T J Road. It’s unit 73/29. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know how it is. There’s always some noise from machines or trucks unloading nearby. Raju spends most of his time here making sure things are moving along. It’s a bit dusty because of all the activity on the road, but that’s just how this part of town is. We don’t have a fancy sign or anything. Just the door and the number. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We have benches and tools scattered around where they’re needed most. It might look a bit cluttered to someone else, but we know where everything is. The ceiling is high and the air can get a bit warm in the summer months. We usually keep a couple of big pedestal fans going to keep the air moving. People drop by for various reasons, mostly related to the estate business. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s a straightforward environment. No carpets or soft chairs here. Just hard floors and plenty of work to get through before the day ends. We like it this way. It feels real and productive. You won’t find any polished desks or receptionists waiting at the door. It is just a place for honest labor.
