You'll find us on the second floor of building 24 in Masjid Bunder West. We are right near the Satkar Hotel, which is a good landmark if you're getting lost in these narrow streets. This part of Mumbai is always crowded and noisy, but our office is a bit quieter once you get upstairs. We’ve been operating as Rajanikant & Co for a long time. We mostly deal with trading and commercial paperwork. It’s a traditional kind of setup here. We still use physical ledgers for some things because that’s how we’ve always done it. The fans hum all day and there's usually a stack of files on every desk. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just talk to our clients directly. Most of them have been doing business with us for decades. It's all built on long-term relationships and being reliable. If there’s a problem with a delivery or a payment, we just pick up the phone and sort it out. We don't like complicated processes. The area is famous for being a hub of trade, and we’re just one small part of that history. We work hard, go home, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy and the business moving along smoothly most of the time.
