Radiant Machines Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Bharat Industrial Estate on L.B.S. Marg in Bhandup West. If you have ever been on L.B.S. Marg, you know the traffic can be a real headache, but we have been at unit 32 for quite some time now. Our shop is where we deal with all kinds of machinery. It is a compact space, so we have to be very careful about where we put everything. We have machines of our own that we use for various tasks, and they take up a good portion of the floor. The walls have some old stains and the flooring is concrete that has seen better days. We don't mind it much because it’s a working shop, not a showroom. Our team is small, mostly just a handful of us who handle the mechanical work and the basic administration that goes along with it. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to keep things lively while we work. Most of our day is spent looking at gears, motors, and metal parts. We don’t really do formal presentations or have big meetings. If something needs to be discussed, we just stand around the machine and talk it through until it’s figured out. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business.
