Our office is at 96 Mazgaon Share Mansion which is right across from the Mazgoan Telephone Exchange. It is an old building with a lot of character and thick walls that keep it somewhat cool. Inside we have a lot of cupboards filled with folders and papers because of the consulting work we do. We spend a lot of time reading through documents and talking to people about their requirements. The office has big windows but the view is mostly the busy street and the exchange building opposite. It can get a bit dusty with all the old files but we try to keep things as tidy as possible. There is a specific smell of old paper and ink that you notice when you first walk in. We have a few wooden desks that have been here for years and they are covered in pens and notebooks. People come in to ask for advice or help with their paperwork and we sit down to go through it with them. The fans on the ceiling spin all day and they make a little clicking sound that we have stopped noticing. It is a quiet place for the most part unless the phones are ringing a lot. We take our lunch breaks at the same time and usually talk about local news or what is happening in the area. It is just a small team of us handling the daily tasks and making sure the files are organized. We have been in Mazgaon for quite some time now.
