Radheshyam Glass & Furniture Works

Radheshyam Glass & Furniture Works is tucked away in the Sanskruti Building, specifically at Building No 20 on Central Street in Kandivali East. If you walk down the street, you can usually hear the sound of someone working with wood or the sharp noise of glass being cut to size. The shop is not very large, but we manage to fit all the tools we need inside. We spend a lot of time measuring things out and making sure the edges of the glass are smooth so nobody gets cut. The furniture side of things keeps us busy with repairs and small custom pieces that local families ask us to make. It gets pretty dusty inside with all the sanding going on, so we have to sweep up a lot. Being in Kandivali East means we see a lot of the same faces every day. People from the other apartments in Sanskruti Building often stop by to ask for a small fix or a new mirror. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. It is just us in the shop handling the materials. We use simple tools and take our time with the work. The address at number 4 Central Street is where we have been for a long time now. We just focus on getting the orders done and making sure the glass doesn't break while we are moving it around. It is a humble place, just a workspace for glass and wood.
