R R Communication

R R Communication is over in Kurla West, specifically at C-3. Kurla is always moving, always crowded, and we are right in the thick of it. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. We have our signs and our glass cases filled with mobile accessories. It gets dusty pretty quick with all the traffic outside, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. People are usually in a hurry when they come in. They want a quick fix or a quick recharge so they can catch their train or get to work. We try to keep up with the pace. It’s just a small team of us here. We’ve learned to fix things on the fly. You see a lot of different phones come through—some very old, some brand new. We don’t really have a formal way of doing things. We just handle what comes our way. The building we are in, C-3, is easy enough to find if you know the area. We’ve had regulars who have been coming to us for years. They trust us because we’ve been here and we don’t try to act like something we aren't. We just provide what’s needed in terms of communication. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that does its best. We keep the shop open as long as there are people needing help. That’s the daily life at R R Communication in Kurla West.
