We are located at number 4 in the Suvidha Chawl in Charkop. It’s tucked away off the main path, right by the Maa Gayatree Communication Centre. It is a very local spot, and we have been here for a long time. The office is small and simple, just like the rest of the neighborhood. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights to attract attention. It’s just a place where we get our work done every day. Living and working in a chawl means you are always around people. There is always noise from the neighbors or someone passing by the door. We handle various local tasks and help people with what they need. It’s not a polished business with a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, it’s just us sitting there with a ledger and a phone. We know everyone around Charkop, and they know us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth because people trust the local faces. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes it hard to get to the door, but we manage. It’s a modest way to make a living, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else. We value the relationships we have with the people who live nearby. If someone needs something, they just drop in and talk to us. It’s a very human way of doing things, without any of that corporate talk.
