R Maganlal Plastics

You can find R Maganlal Plastics right on Andheri West Station Road. We are in Shop No 3, which is part of Marwadi House, near Mahak. It’s a very busy spot because the station is so close. There are always people walking past our door. We sell all kinds of plastic goods, like containers, tubs, and household items. The shop is narrow, so we have to stack everything right up to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside at once. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. The walls are thick and it stays a bit cooler inside than out on the street. We open up early to catch the crowd coming off the trains. It’s a lot of work moving the heavy bags of stock when the delivery truck comes. We don't have any big corporate structure here. It’s just us running the place day to day. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain coming in under the door during the monsoon. We use some old rags to keep the floor dry. It’s just a regular local shop where we try to keep things moving. We know the other shopkeepers on the road pretty well. We share tea and talk about the business. It’s a simple life and we just keep doing what we do. Nothing more to it than showing up and selling our plastics.
