Proactive Universal Trading Co Pvt Ltd is based at 353 Ashok Nagar, inside the Gokul Housing Society. It's a bit of a residential area, so it's not as loud as the main roads. We’ve been operating from here for a while. Trading is all about buying and selling things, and that’s what we do all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking lists. The office is inside the housing society, so it feels very local and familiar. We know the people living around us. It isn't a glass-walled office with a receptionist. It is more like a workspace where we get things done. We deal with various goods depending on what’s in demand. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the deliveries are late or things get mixed up, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That’s just the nature of trading. We don't have a big fancy nameplate, just a small one. Most of our partners know exactly where to find us. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to do our trading work properly every day. It's a quiet life in Ashok Nagar, but we are always busy with something. We like the community feel of being in Gokul Housing Society while we run our business. It just feels like a normal part of our lives now.
