Living and working in Juhu is quite busy, especially near A.B. Nair Marg. My name is Priyanka Parab and this is where I run my small business from Pandurang C.H.S. It is a nice building, D/56 specifically, and it’s been my base for a while. You get used to the sea breeze and the traffic sounds after a while. Most days are just spent sitting at the desk, making calls, and sorting out paperwork. I don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for me. It is just me doing what I know how to do. Sometimes my friends drop by because the location is so central. Juhu is a place where everyone is always rushing, but in this office, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If someone asks for help, we tell them exactly what is possible. It is a straightforward way of living. I think people appreciate that more than all the shiny talk you see on TV these days. The monsoon can be a bit of a mess with the water on the roads, but we stay open and keep the work moving. Being in Mumbai means you have to be tough and keep going no matter what. That is the vibe here at my place. Just regular work for regular people.
