Ankur Plantations

Ankur Plantations is found on the ground floor of the Prerna building. We are right on S. V. Road in Santacruz West, directly opposite the petrol pump there. It is a very busy street, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking past our window. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the plantation side of things. We have plants coming and going, so sometimes there is a bit of dirt on the floor or the smell of damp soil in the air. It’s a contrast to the exhaust fumes from the petrol pump outside. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive furniture. It's mostly just desks, some pots, and piles of paperwork related to the various sites we manage. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we are trying to organize a big delivery in such a small space. The staff here is small and we've worked together for years, so we don't need to be formal with each other. Santacruz is a lively neighborhood and being on the ground floor means we see a bit of everything. We just try to keep the plants alive and get things out to the customers without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple operation, really, just doing our bit on a very busy road. We don't mind the noise from the traffic; it's just part of our day here at the office.
