We have been operating out of the A to Z Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Being located on Ganpatrao Kadam Marg in Lower Parel means there is always a lot of movement around us. Our unit at number 221 is where all the plastic manufacturing happens. It is a busy place with machines running and people moving crates back and forth all day. The estate itself is old and has that specific industrial smell of grease and heat. It gets pretty loud when all the equipment is going at once, but that is just how we like it. Most of the staff here have been with us for years and they know the Ganpat Rao Kadam Marg area like the back of their hand. We do not have a fancy office or a big reception area because we spend most of our time on the factory floor. The space is mostly filled with molds, raw materials, and finished plastic items waiting to be shipped out. Traffic on the Marg can be a real headache in the evenings when everyone is trying to leave the estate at the same time. We just focus on getting the daily orders finished so we can close up and head home. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but that is just part of the job in this part of Mumbai.
