PREMIER TOOLS TRADERS is located in Masjid Bunder, which is one of the busiest parts of the city you can imagine. We’re on the first floor of Dada Manzil, in office 4-B. The address is 67/69 Mohammad Ali Road. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s a maze of shops and people everywhere. Our office is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the noise on the street downstairs. We deal in all kinds of tools, mostly for industrial use or construction. It’s a lot of boxes and shelves filled with wrenches, bits, and heavy-duty gear. We spend most of the day on the phone or talking to traders who come up to see what we have in stock. It’s an old building, so it has that classic Mumbai feel to it. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. People come to us because they know we’ve been in this building for years and we know our tools. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we manage to get everything moved in and out. It’s a practical business in a very practical part of town. We just focus on getting the right tools to the people who need them. Sometimes we’re so busy we don’t even have time for a tea break, but that’s just how life is on Mohammad Ali Road. It's crowded and loud but we like the energy here.
