Pravin Sadanand Chavan

I’m located on the 4th floor of a building on Patel Road in Gandhi Nagar, right near Linking Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the walk up or the elevator ride gives you a bit of a break from the noise of the street below. As Pravin Sadanand Chavan, I’ve been working from this spot at number 12 for several years. My office isn't anything special to look at; it’s just a functional space where I can get my work done and meet with people who need my help. Linking Road is always full of shoppers and traffic, but up here on the 4th floor, things are a little quieter. I handle my business in a very direct way. I don't use a lot of corporate talk or try to impress people with big presentations. I’d rather just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what needs to be fixed or organized. Most of my work involves a lot of reading and checking details, so I spend a lot of time at my desk under the tube light. It’s just me and my files for the most part. People find me because they need someone who is thorough and doesn't cut corners. I take my work seriously, but I’m an easy person to talk to. I’ve built a steady life here by just being consistent and showing up every day to do what needs to be done. It's a simple approach.
