Pratishna Engineers

Pratishna Engineers has been operating out of Sakinaka for quite some time. We are right in the Goyagate Society area, which is a pretty active industrial spot if you know the neighborhood. Our day usually starts early, around eight, when we get the machines warmed up. We handle a lot of technical work, mostly parts and maintenance for different types of equipment. It’s the kind of place where you’ll always find grease on someone’s hands and a lot of blueprints lying around on the desks. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees or a fancy lobby. It is just a workspace where we focus on getting the measurements right. If a part isn't fitting, we stay until it does. Sakinaka can get really crowded with traffic, so we usually have our deliveries planned for the early morning. Sometimes the power goes out in the society, and we just have to wait it out or work on the paperwork instead. It’s not always glamorous, but it is what we do. We’ve known the other business owners around Goyagate for years. We help each other out when someone needs a specific tool or a bit of advice on a project. Most of our tools have been with us since we started. They are old but they still work better than the new stuff sometimes. That’s just how it goes in engineering.
