Pralav Engineers

Pralav Engineers is located in the Vasan Udyog Bhuwan building, which is right across from Phoenix Mills in Lower Parel. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around here with all the new malls and offices, but our building still has that old industrial feel to it. We are on the first floor at unit 101. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good long time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical drawings and machine parts. It’s not a very quiet place because there’s always something being worked on or a delivery coming in through the narrow hallways. Being in Lower Parel West makes it easy for clients to find us, even if parking is a total nightmare most days. We usually tell people to take the train because it’s much faster than driving through the mess. Inside the office, it’s mostly desks and some equipment stacked up in the corners. We aren’t really into making things look fancy for visitors. We just care that the engineering work is solid and that we don’t miss any deadlines. The team is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for years. We know the local chai wallahs and the other business owners in the building pretty well. It’s a tight-knit community despite the big city noise outside. We just show up, do the engineering tasks, and head home to our families.
