Prahalad Steel Products

You can find us at the Malad Shopping Centre on Lbs Marg. Prahalad Steel Products has been in this Malad West location for years. We are at unit number 72. It’s a busy spot with lots of other shops around, so there’s always something happening. We deal with steel items and various metal products. The space is a bit small for all the things we keep in stock, so it’s usually quite crowded inside. We don’t have a fancy display or bright lights. It’s mostly just shelves full of metal parts and finished goods. Most of our customers are locals or builders from around the area who need reliable stuff. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just a local business trying to provide what people need for their projects. The noise from the traffic on Lbs Marg is pretty much constant, but we’re used to it by now. We open up early and stay until the evening. We don’t use any big marketing slogans or anything. We just show people what we have and tell them the price. It’s straightforward. Some of the people who come in have been buying from us since we first opened. We try to keep things organized, but with steel, it's always a bit of a struggle. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the Malad community. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like the routine and the people we meet every day. That’s what matters to us here.
