Pragati Manpower Services

We are located at 103 in the Pandit Nehru Industrial Estate over in Bandra East. It is a busy little corner, especially being right opposite the Bandra Court. You can always see people rushing around with files or waiting for their turn at the court, which gives the whole area a very serious feel most days. Pragati Manpower Services is based on the first floor of the Sai Krupa building. We deal with a lot of people every day, mostly folks looking for work or companies needing an extra hand with their projects. Our office is pretty basic, just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of registers stacked up. It is not the kind of place you would find in a glossy magazine. We have got some stains on the walls from old tea cups and the floorboards creak a bit when you walk across them. We do not spend money on fancy marketing because we would rather just focus on getting people hired. The Taluka Mulshi area nearby also keeps us busy with different requests coming in from time to time. It is a lot of manual work, checking documents and making phone calls to verify details. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the jobs get filled and the workers have somewhere to go. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but it is honest work we have been doing for quite a while now.
