We operate out of a small space at number 6 in Borivali East. It’s a simple location, nothing too grand, but it serves us well. Most of our day involves talking to people who are looking for work or companies that need a bit of help finding staff. We don't use those complicated HR systems that feel like they're built for robots. Instead, we just talk to people and listen to what they need. Our desks are usually covered in resumes and notebooks. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it feels more personal that way. Borivali is a busy place, and we get a fair amount of walk-ins. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished presentations. We just tell people the truth about what's available and what's not. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when there are several people visiting at once, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like we're actually doing something useful. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve seen all sorts of people come through our doors. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to be a helpful stop on their way. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help a few people find their next step in this neighborhood. It’s steady work and it keeps us grounded. We usually close up around six and head home.
