You can find us over at the Pragati Industrial Estate on N.M. Joshi Marg in Chinchpoki. We occupy units 229 and 316. Mumbai is always a crowded city, and this neighborhood is definitely no exception to that rule. The industrial estate has been here for a long time, and you can see that in the way the buildings are aged and the narrow lanes are laid out. It is a very busy place to work with a lot of heavy lifting and noise all around us. Being in Chinchpoki means we are right in the old heart of the city's industrial area. The sound of machines and the movement of workers are just things we at Powermaster Engineers Pvt.Ltd. have grown used to over time. Our workspace is split between the two units, so we are often walking back and forth to check on different projects. It is a practical setup for the kind of engineering work we handle. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual equipment to worry about how the office looks. Most of the staff have been here for a long time and they know exactly where every tool and part is kept on the shelves. It’s a real grit-and-grind type of environment. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a little late just to avoid the worst of it.
