Metro Tours & Travels

Metro Tours & Travels sits right in Powai Plaza, specifically at Shop No 83 & 84 on the ground floor. It’s a good spot because we are right near Hiranandani Gardens, which is always busy with people walking around and cars trying to find parking. Being in Powai, especially near the R.T Nagar Post, means there is never a quiet moment. The shop is pretty simple. We have two units, 83 and 84, knocked together so there is enough room for us to sit and talk to anyone who wanders in. The ground floor of Powai Plaza gets a lot of foot traffic, which is nice. You see the same faces every day—people heading to the post office or grabbing coffee nearby. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the other shopkeepers are all familiar. It’s a bit different from the high-rise offices around us because we are right there on the ground level where everything happens. The air conditioning is always running because the Mumbai heat doesn't play around, and the phone rings pretty often. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; we just sit at our desks and try to help people figure out their travel stuff. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if the traffic outside on the main road can be a headache sometimes.
