Poonam Plastics

Poonam Plastics is located down Bhaskar Lane, at number 40913. It’s a bit of a narrow lane, so if you’re driving, you have to be careful not to miss the turn. We have a lot of plastic goods stacked up inside—bins, containers, and all kinds of household stuff. The smell of new plastic is something you just get used to after a while. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s usually a cousin or a brother around to help with the heavy lifting. We don’t have a showroom or anything fancy. It’s more of a warehouse where we sell directly to whoever needs it. The floor is concrete and there are stacks of crates everywhere you look. We spend our time counting inventory and loading up the occasional rickshaw that comes for a pickup. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our feet all day. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we’ve put a tarp over it for now. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just sell plastic items to people who need them for their homes or shops. It’s a simple business in a quiet corner of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn’t even need to look at the number anymore. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
