Our office is up on the seventh floor, 701/C, in Borivali East. Pollucon Enviro Engg Pvt Ltd has been around for a bit, focusing on environmental engineering stuff. It sounds more complicated than it is when you’re actually doing the work. Most of our day is spent looking at charts, reports, and technical drawings. We have a few desks crammed into the room and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. It's a quiet place compared to the street below. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. There's just a small group of us who understand the engineering side of things. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished presentations. Usually, our clients are other businesses that need help with their environmental setups or compliance. Sometimes we have to go out to different sites, which means a lot of traveling on the local trains. The air conditioning in the office is a bit temperamental, so we usually have the windows cracked open when it’s not too noisy outside. We’ve been based in Borivali for years and we like the area. It’s convenient for most of us to get to. We just focus on the technical details and make sure the math is right. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There’s always another report to finish or a site plan to review.
