Podar Jumbo Kids Plus

Podar Jumbo Kids Plus is right here on Saraswati Road in Santacruz West. It's a busy little spot but inside it's mostly just kids running around and the sound of toys hitting the floor. We spend a lot of time just making sure everyone is safe and has something to do during the morning hours. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we need and has plenty of light coming in. You see the same faces every morning at the gate, parents in a hurry to get to work and kids sometimes not wanting to let go of their hands. It’s just how it goes here. The classrooms have lots of drawings on the walls that the kids made themselves. Some are a bit messy but they look good to us. We have a small outdoor area where they get some air when it isn't too hot outside or raining too hard. Most days are loud, especially around lunchtime when everyone is hungry at the same time. The staff here mostly lives nearby so we know the neighborhood pretty well and recognize the neighbors. It's just a normal place where children spend their day before going home for a nap. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we keep the inside clean enough. There isn’t much fancy stuff going on, just the usual books, blocks, and a lot of patience from the teachers.
