Placement Mumbai

Our agency, Placement Mumbai, is located at 109 V P Road, right near the Arekere Gate. We operate out of Mangal Bhavan, which is an easy building to spot if you are near Chandaramji High School. Since we are so close to the school, we hear the bells ringing and the kids playing outside during their breaks. The office is usually filled with people coming in for interviews or to drop off their resumes. There are stacks of paper everywhere, and the printers are almost always running. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different companies and candidates. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when the lobby gets full. We have a few small rooms for private talks, but mostly it’s an open space where everyone is working. The furniture is just basic office stuff—nothing fancy or modern. We’ve been at this spot on V P Road for quite a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best tea in the morning. It’s a busy environment where we try to keep track of everyone’s details and make sure nobody gets lost in the system. We don't have a big corporate feel; it’s just a group of us working hard in Mangal Bhavan to help people find their next job. We just check the skills and match the names.
